At BMEN, we want you to be fully satisfied with every order. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can return a product or receive a refund for purchases made on bmen.com.
1. Check Your Order at Delivery
Please check the product in front of the delivery rider before accepting the parcel. If the product is damaged, broken, leaking, expired, or not what you ordered, you may refuse the parcel and return it to the rider at no cost.
2. Return Eligibility
After accepting delivery, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or leaking product
- You received the wrong product, size, or variant
- The product is expired or close to expiry
To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened (seal intact), and returned in its original packaging with the invoice.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal (for hygiene reasons), unless defective
- Products damaged through misuse after delivery
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Return requests made after 3 days of delivery
4. How to Request a Return
- Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone at 01811831831 within 3 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and clear photos or a video of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review your request and confirm the return within 1–2 working days.
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or tell you how to send the product back.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. If you prefer, we can send a replacement product instead of a refund.
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong product), BMEN covers the delivery charge. Otherwise, the delivery charge is non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is shipped by contacting us on WhatsApp or by phone. Once shipped, the order follows the return process above.
